Die Qualität der Datenerfassung kann durch das Training von ABBYY FlexiCapture for Invoices Cloud verbessert werden. In einem Dokumentstrom mit Dokumenten desselben Typs können einige atypische Dokumente Feldpositionen aufweisen, die von denen eines Standarddokuments abweichen. Wenn die Anwendung Felder in solchen Dokumenten nicht zuverlässig erkennen kann, können Sie die korrekten Feldpositionen angeben, und die Anwendung „lernt“, diese Felder zu erkennen. Wenn ein Datensatz mit Geschäftsbereichen und Lieferanten mit Ihrer Anwendung verbunden ist, trainiert ABBYY FlexiCapture for Invoices Cloud das Erfassungsmodell standardmäßig nach der Verifizierung der Daten.
