# List Object (IList Interface)

This object represents one list. It is a collection of list levels ([ListLevel](/fine-reader/engine/api-reference/text-related-objects/listlevel) objects).

* The indexing of ABBYY FineReader Engine collections starts with 0.
* The foreach statement in C# (for each in Visual Basic .NET) can be used to manipulate the collection.
