# Data set update script

> Add records to a data set in ABBYY FlexiCapture with a data set update script, configured by selecting Script as the source in the data set properties.

## What it does

Scripts of this type can be used to add records to a data set.

Scripts of this type can be added in the properties dialog box of a data set. Select Script from the Source drop-down list and click the Edit... button on the right to open the script editor.
