# Web Scanning Station

> Capture paper documents through the browser-based Web Scanning Station, correct images, and submit them to the ABBYY FlexiCapture server for processing.

Web Scanning Station is used to scan paper documents and then send them to the ABBYY FlexiCapture server for further processing. The Operator scans images or loads them from files, corrects them (if necessary) and then sends them to the server.

The Web Scanning Station works over the Internet. For connection, use either Basic authentication or the FlexiCapture Authentication Module. To log in, open `https://<ApplicationServer>/FlexiCapture12/Scanning` in a browser, where `<ApplicationServer>` is the name of the computer on which the Application Server is installed.
