# ABBYY FlexiCapture Cloud Operator Workstations

> See which ABBYY FlexiCapture Cloud components each operator role uses, from Project Setup and FlexiLayout Studio to Scanning, Web, and Verification Stations.

A typical data capture project will involve multiple operators, each responsible for a particular type of operation. The figure below shows which ABBYY FlexiCapture components are available to which operators.

## Project Setup Operator's Workplace

The Project Setup Operator uses the following components:

* [Project Setup Station](/flexi-capture/architecture/setup-proj-station) (used for setting up and modifying data capture projects)
* [ABBYY FlexiLayout Studio](/flexi-capture/fls/overview/about) (used for creating formalized descriptions to capture data from semi-structured documents)
* [ABBYY FormDesigner](/flexi-capture/form-designer/about-program) (used for creating machine-readable forms that can be easily processed by means of ABBYY FlexiCapture)
* [Licensing Server](/flexi-capture/architecture/lic-server) (used for managing licenses)

All of these components are installed together with the ABBYY FlexiCapture Developer's Package and require a Developer’s Package License (see [ABBYY FlexiCapture Cloud Licensing](/flexi-capture/cloud-licensing)).

## Scanning Operator's Workplace

A Scanning Operator scans documents using one of the following components:

* [Scanning Station](/flexi-capture/architecture/scan-station) (this is a locally installed component)
* [Web Scanning Station](/flexi-capture/architecture/web-scanning-station) (this component is accessible from a browser window)

## Verification Operator's Workplace

A Verification Operator verifies captured data using one of the following components:

* [Data Verification Station](/flexi-capture/architecture/data-ver-station-architecture) (a locally installed component that is used for simple data checks)
* [Remote Verification Station](/flexi-capture/architecture/remote-ver-station) (a locally installed component that is used for complex data checks)
* [Web Verification Station](/flexi-capture/architecture/web-verification-station) (this component is accessible from a browser window and is used for complex data checks)
