# Architecture

> Understand the two FlexiCapture Connector for NX Manager components: the Job Creator desktop app and the Export Connector console app that sends images.

The NXMANAGER includes the following components:

* **Job Creator** is a desktop application that is used to create jobs in NX Manager. It receives information about projects and batch types from FC. Based on that information, the application then creates jobs in NX Manager. Each job is designed to send scanned images to FC, with a batch type specified for each project.
* **Export Connector** is a console application that runs in the NX Manager software suite. It receives FC connection settings and information about where the scanned images are stored. It also sends images to FC for processing.
