# Support

> Contact ABBYY technical support for FlexiLayout Studio: what details to prepare, where to find your build number, and how to register for free support.

If you have any questions about how ABBYY FlexiLayout Studio works, first consult the documentation supplied with the software (Help). You can also browse the technical support section on our website [www.abbyy.com](http://www.abbyy.com), where you may find the answer to your question.

Our technical support experts will need the following information to answer your question:

* Your first and last name
* Your organization name
* Your telephone number (or fax, or email)
* The serial number of your FlexiCapture package
* The build number (see **Help → About → Build**)
* A general description of your problem and the full error message text (if there was one)
* Your computer and processor type
* The version of your Windows operating system

You can also provide any other information you consider important.

You can get some information automatically by clicking the System Info... button in the About ABBYY FlexiLayout Studio 12 dialog box (**Help** menu).
