# Run pre-recognition and view the results

> Run pre-recognition on batch images in FlexiLayout Studio and display recognized words, lines, separators, barcodes, and raw objects on the image.

## Run pre-recognition

<Steps>

    In the **Batch** window, select one or more images in the batch.

  <Step title="Select the Prerecognize command">
    Right-click in the **Batch** window or in the **Image** window, and select **Prerecognize**.

## Display the recognized objects on the image

  <Step title="Select the objects you want to view">
    Select the objects in the **View** → **Images** → **Objects** menu:

    * **Show All Objects** (or click all the buttons on the [Extracted Objects](/flexi-capture/fls/interface/toolbars#extractedobjects) toolbar)
    * **Recognized Words** (or click <img src="https://mintcdn.com/abbyy/lqYknuOmCa79141v/images/flexi-capture/fls/Recognized_Words.gif?fit=max&auto=format&n=lqYknuOmCa79141v&q=85&s=dbb71e907d7a3a918f8fac285aff1f6d" alt="Recognized Words button" style={{display:"inline-block",verticalAlign:"middle",margin:0}} width="22" height="22" data-path="images/flexi-capture/fls/Recognized_Words.gif" />)

      To select multiple types of objects, hold down the **Ctrl** key while clicking the buttons on the toolbar or selecting the menu items.

## View object properties

You can view the properties of any object on the image. Click an object, and its properties appear in the **Properties** window.
