# Form Properties

> Review form details in the Form Properties dialog box of ABBYY FormDesigner: author, draft or published status, publish date, identifier, and file path.

The main properties of a form can be viewed in the Form Properties dialog box ([Form](/flexi-capture/form-designer/ap-menu-file) **→** Form Properties...).

**Author** — The name of the person who created the form.

**Status** — Form status:

* **Draft**, if changes are allowed on the form.
* **Published**, if the form is read-only.

**Date published** — The date of publication of the form.

**Form identifier** — The value of the form identifier.

**File** — The path to the file containing the form.
