# Installing, Running, and Removing FormDesigner

> Install, launch, and remove ABBYY FormDesigner, which ships with ABBYY FlexiCapture 12, including Start menu paths for Standalone and Distributed versions.

ABBYY FormDesigner is installed and removed together with ABBYY FlexiCapture. For the full procedures, see [Deploy ABBYY FlexiCapture](/flexi-capture/admin-guide/process) and [Changing the installation mode, repairing, and removing ABBYY FlexiCapture](/flexi-capture/install-setup/modify-remove).

To run ABBYY FormDesigner, select:

* **Standalone version** — **Start → All Programs → ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 → Tools → FormDesigner**
* **Distributed version** — **Start → All Programs → ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 Stations → Tools → FormDesigner**

  On Windows 10, the path omits the **Tools** folder: **Start → All Programs → ABBYY FlexiCapture 12** (or **ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 Stations**) **→ FormDesigner**.
