# Scanning Operator permissions

> Scanning Operator permissions in ABBYY FlexiCapture: view batch type settings, rename batches and documents, and change priority of a working batch.

As a Scanning Operator, you can:

* View the current batch type settings.
* Modify some parameters of a working batch, if an Administrator allowed it in that batch type's settings.
* Change the name and priority of the batch.
* Rename documents in the working batch.

You cannot modify batch type settings in the **Batch type properties** window.
