# Installing ABBYY FlexiCapture stations

> Complete a distributed ABBYY FlexiCapture deployment by installing the Project Setup, Scanning, Data Verification, Verification, and Processing Stations.

The stations are installed from the ABBYY FlexiCapture disk via the setup menu. You can also install the stations from the server, if the station installed was copied to the server when installing the Application Server.

The following stations must be installed:

* [Scanning Station](/flexi-capture/architecture/scan-station)
* [Data Verification Station](/flexi-capture/architecture/data-ver-station-architecture)
* [Verification Station](/flexi-capture/architecture/ver-station)
* [Processing Station](/flexi-capture/architecture/proc-station)

The Scanning, Data Verification and Verification Stations can work both in the local area network and remotely via the Internet. Authorization can be carried out by using a login and a password, Windows authentication or SSO authentication (for details how to set up SSO, refer to the [Single Sign-On authentication](/flexi-capture/sso-intro) section in the System Administrator’s Guide).
