# Articles data set

> Articles data set reference for purchase order projects in ABBYY FlexiCapture: ArticleNumber, Description, and BUId columns for checking article data.

The **Articles** data set contains information about ordered articles. This data set is used for checking extracted article information against an external database.

  Currently, you cannot use an external database for article detection. However, you can use an external database to verify article values detected by means of the built-in neural networks and FlexiLayouts. | ArticleNumber | Text, not normalized | Optional field. Contains an article number.                                                                                                                              |

| BUId          | Text, not normalized | Optional field. The ID of the vendor's business unit. This field must be detected when processing purchase orders issued to different business units of the same vendor. |
