# Granting access rights to users

> Grant access rights to FlexiCapture users in the Administration and Monitoring Console, where the Administrator assigns permissions and Operator roles.

Access permissions are granted by the Administrator and the Operators Manager in the Administration and Monitoring Console. The Administrator sets up user access permissions and distributes Operator roles.
