On the Toolbars tab of this dialog box you can configure the set of toolbars for a selected tool. | **Option** | **Description** |

The **Tooltip** field contains the tooltip text for a command and a keyboard shortcut (if a shortcut is specified for the command).

<Note>
  When adding a user command, you can enter the tooltip text for this command. The maximum length of the tooltip text is 80 characters. Keyboard shortcuts for user commands are configured on the [Keyboard Shortcuts](/flexi-capture/appendix/customizing-shortcuts) tab of the **Tools →** Options... menu.
</Note>

When adding or editing toolbar commands, you can select whether to display the command as text or as an icon. If the Use icon option is selected, click Browse (bmp, 24x24)... to load an image to be used as the command icon. The image must be in .bmp format and of size 24x24px. For commands of the Tasks toolbar, the image size must be 32x32px.

It is possible to manage visibility of custom toolbars from the menu. To add a menu item that will show/hide custom toolbars, on the Commands tab select a menu item to which the list of custom toolbars will be added and click **Edit...**. In the Edit Command dialog box that opens, select **View** from the **Categories** list and in the **Commands** list select Custom Toolbars. The Custom Toolbars item with the list of all custom toolbars will be added to the station menu.

<Note>
  The Custom Toolbars command cannot be added on a toolbar, but to the menu only.
