When you contact ABBYY technical support, provide the following information:

* Your full name
* Your company name
* Your phone, fax, or email address
* The serial number of your copy of the Scanning Station
* The build number of your copy (to find it, select **Help** in the **About** [menu](/flexi-capture/scanning-station/interface/main-menu))
* A general description of the problem, with the full text of any error message
* Your computer type and processor
* Your Windows version
* Any other information you consider useful
