# Send to FineReader Server options dialog box

> Export Scanning Station batches to an ABBYY FineReader Server workflow: connect to the Server Manager in the Send to FineReader Server dialog box.

In the **Send to FineReader Server options** dialog box, you can specify how batches are exported to ABBYY FineReader Server.

## Export batches to ABBYY FineReader Server

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the FineReader Server tab">
    Do one of the following:

    * Select **File → Sending Options...** and click the **FineReader Server** tab.
    * Click the arrow next to the **Send To** button on the [Main Window Toolbars](/flexi-capture/scanning-station/interface/toolbars) and choose a **Send to FineReader Server...** export profile.

  <Step title="Connect to the Server Manager">
    In the **Server** field, specify the name or the IP address of the computer on which the Server Manager of ABBYY FineReader Server is installed, and click **Connect**.

  <Step title="Select a workflow">
    All the workflows available to the FineReader Server appear in the **Workflows** window. Select a workflow and click **OK**.

## Show options before sending

Disable this option to reuse the same options next time you export to ABBYY FineReader Server. The dialog box will not appear when the next export starts.
