# Work with a list of batches

> Manage the batch list on the Web Capture Station: customize columns, filter by type and stage, search by name or parameter, and send batches for recognition.

After a batch is [created and submitted for recognition](/flexi-capture/web-stations/correcting), an Operator is directed to the page with the list of batches.

At the top of the page is a pane for [creating a new batch](/flexi-capture/web-stations/scanning). To hide it, click the **Hide** link in the top-right corner. To reopen the pane, click the <img src="https://mintcdn.com/abbyy/M5jnw37NmJ-asKkj/images/flexi-capture/add_item.gif?s=39488573184992e8d120d5e564a53a72" alt="Create new batch button" style={{display:"inline-block",verticalAlign:"middle",margin:0}} width="16" height="16" data-path="images/flexi-capture/add_item.gif" /> **Create new batch** button.

## Customize the batch list display

An Operator can configure several batch list display settings:

* To change a column width, point to the column edge in the table heading and drag it while holding the left mouse button.
* To fit a column width to its content, point to the column edge in the table heading and double-click the left mouse button.
* To sort the list by a column, click the column header.

## Filter the batch list

Batches in the list are filtered by batch type and creation time. To apply this filter, select the required parameters from the drop-down lists in the **Show:** block.

An Operator can also filter batches by processing stage.

Use one of the following tabs:

* **All batches** displays all batches in the project.
* **At scanning stage** displays only the batches currently at the scanning stage.
* **Require verification** displays only the batches that require verification.
* **Processed** displays only batches with the **Processed** status.

The number of batches is displayed to the right of the name of each tab.
