# About Business Process Reporting

> Business Process Reporting in ABBYY FlexiCapture collects batch state and routing data for reports on processing progress, SLA violations, and audit trails.

The **Business Process Reporting** data warehouse contains information that answers questions such as:

* Which batches are currently being processed?
* Which batches are about to break SLA times?
* Have all required batches been processed during the period?
* How many batches were processed with SLA time violations during the period?
* Which path did each document follow, and who edited it (the audit trail)?

Data is provided in the form of reports regarding the current batch state, as well as the entire path taken by each batch.
