# Sample report types

> Download BatchState and BatchRouting XLSX report templates for FlexiCapture Business Process Reporting and load your data with Excel Power Pivot.

Report templates are available for use with your own data.

  <Step title="Download a report template">
    Choose a report template and download it in XLSX format:

    * [BusinessProcessingReport\_BatchState](https://downloads.abbyy.com/FC/BusinessReporting/BusinessProcessingReport_BatchState.xlsx?secure=xU6Uz-a3V-qMStzh6DXxcQ==) – Current batch states:
      * **Processing batches** – Batches currently being processed.
      * **SLA Violation** – The number of batches that are in violation of SLA times, sorted by batch creation date.
      * **Processed batches** – Batches sorted by processing stage and creation date.
    * [BusinessProcessingReport\_BatchRouting](https://downloads.abbyy.com/FC/BusinessReporting/BusinessProcessingReport_BatchRouting.xlsx?secure=RdVF0Y7WSB-PcRZenBBKsw==) – Batch processing history:
      * **Batches on stage** – The number of batches that have passed the corresponding processing stage.
      * **Average stage time** – The average and total time accrued at each processing stage, sorted by project.
      * **Verified batches** – The number of batches at the verification stage, sorted by operator.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Specify the data source">
    In the **Param** tab, specify the path to the Business Process Reporting data storage catalog in the **SourceDir** field. If required, specify the start and end dates for the reporting period in the **CreateDateFrom | CreateDateTo** fields. The files are sorted by creation date.

  <Step title="Upload the data">
    Select **Data → Refresh All** in the toolbar to begin uploading data. While data is uploading, the status bar at the bottom of the screen shows `Retrieving Data…`.

  <Step title="View the data">
    Select **Power Pivot → Manage** in the toolbar to view the data as a table in CSV format.
