# General operator reports

> Measure operator productivity with general operator reports in ABBYY FlexiCapture, covering tasks, processed pages, verified fields, and corrected errors.

The general operator reports allow you to evaluate the productivity of each Operator involved in the manual processing stages. To generate a general operator report, select the **Operator** item from the **Group by** drop-down list. To view detailed statistics by stage and user role, select the corresponding item from the **Group by** drop-down list.

  To include detailed information about each batch, select the **Batch details** option. The report then includes additional columns with batch names and the number of pages in each batch.

## Information in the general operator report

### Aggregate report

The aggregate report includes the following columns:

* Number of Operators
* Number of completed tasks
* Number of documents sent to exceptions
* Number of pages sent to exceptions
* Number of processed documents
* Number of processed pages
* Number of verified fields
* Number of verified characters
* Number of corrected errors

### Detailed view

The detailed view includes the following columns:

* Operator name
* Interval (the time interval within which the task was completed)
* Role
* Processing stage
* Project
* Batch type
* Number of completed tasks
* Number of documents sent to exceptions
* Number of pages sent to exceptions
* Number of processed documents
* Number of processed pages
* Number of verified fields
* Number of verified characters
* Number of corrected errors
* Work time

## Report columns for the scanning and rescanning stages

The Operators report can be set up to include only the statistics for the scanning and rescanning stages. When only these stages are selected, the report omits the sections that are unrelated to the selected stages.

The detailed view includes the following columns:

* Operator name
* Interval (the time interval within which the task was completed)
* Role
* Stage
* Project
* Batch type
* Batch name
* Number of pages

  If multiple or all processing stages are selected when setting up the report, some columns show dashes for the scanning and rescanning stages because those columns do not apply to those stages.
