# テクニカルサポート

> Scanning Station の問題について ABBYY テクニカルサポートに連絡する際に提供すべき詳細情報（シリアル番号、ビルド番号、エラーテキスト、システム情報）を確認します。

ABBYY Scanning Station の使用に関するご質問については、Help および [www.abbyy.com/support](https://www.abbyy.com/support) のテクニカルサポートセクションをご参照ください。

ABBYY テクニカルサポートにお問い合わせの際は、次の情報をご提供ください。

* お客様の氏名
* 会社名
* 電話番号、FAX、またはメールアドレス
* お使いの Scanning Station のシリアル番号
* お使いのコピーのビルド番号 (確認するには、**About** [メニュー](/ja/flexi-capture/scanning-station/interface/main-menu) で **Help** を選択します)
* 問題の概要と、エラーメッセージがある場合はその全文
* お使いのコンピューターの種類とプロセッサ
* お使いの Windows のバージョン
* その他、参考になると思われる情報
