# バッチのエクスポート

> スキャン済みバッチをローカルフォルダー、FTP フォルダー、ABBYY FlexiCapture、またはスクリプトにエクスポートし、Scanning Station でエクスポートシナリオの送信オプションを設定します。

スキャンが完了し、画像がドキュメントとバッチに分割されると、バッチをローカルフォルダーや FTP フォルダーに保存したり、FlexiCapture に送信したり、スクリプトを使用してエクスポートしたりできます。

ローカルフォルダーまたは FTP フォルダーにエクスポートする場合、Scanning Station はバッチに関する情報 (名前、タイプ、登録パラメーター、ドキュメント) を含む XML 記述ファイルを作成します。このファイルは後で FlexiCapture にインポートできます。

エクスポートシナリオごとに個別のエクスポートオプションがあります。

エクスポートオプションを設定するには、**File →** Sending Options... を選択し、必要なシナリオに対応するタブをクリックします。

エクスポートオプションは、各[バッチタイプ](/ja/flexi-capture/scanning-station/shared/interface/batch-type-properties)ごとに個別に選択することもできます。このプログラムでは、Options ダイアログの [Sending Tasks](/ja/flexi-capture/scanning-station/interface/options-export-page) タブでバックグラウンドエクスポートのオプションを設定することもできます。

メインウィンドウの[ツールバー](/ja/flexi-capture/scanning-station/interface/toolbars)で **Send To** をクリックします。

  ## エクスポート後にバッチを自動的に削除する

完了したバッチは、Batches ウィンドウが煩雑になるのを防ぐため、正常にエクスポートされた後に自動的に削除できます。この機能を有効にするには、Options ダイアログ (**Tools →** Options...) の [General](/ja/flexi-capture/scanning-station/interface/options-general-page) タブで Delete batch automatically after sending を選択します。

バッチのエクスポートをキャンセルするには、バッチを右クリックし、ショートカットメニューで **Cancel Export** を選択します。
