# 新しいテナントの作成

> ABBYY FlexiCapture 管理および監視コンソールで新しいテナントを作成します。名前、管理者のメール アドレス、ライセンス番号、ステーション グループを設定します。

    管理および監視コンソールを開き、**Settings → Tenants** をクリックします。

  <Step title="テナントを追加する">
    **New tenant** ボタンをクリックします。
  </Step>

  <Step title="テナントの詳細を指定する">
    * テナント名 (必須) 。テナント名には、ラテン文字、数字、アンダースコアのみ使用できます。スペースは使用しないでください。
    * テナントの説明。
    * テナント管理者のメール アドレス (必須) 。
    * テナントのライセンス番号。詳細については、[ライセンスの管理](/ja/flexi-capture/web-stations/monitoring-console/mmc-licensing)を参照してください。
    * ステーション グループ (任意) 。このテナントのタスクを、特定のステーション グループに属する Processing Stations で処理する場合に指定します。**Allow common station group usage** チェック ボックスをオンにすると、どのグループにも属していないステーションでもこのテナントのタスクを処理できます。グループを選択できるのは、Processing Server Monitor で少なくとも 1 つのステーション グループが作成されている場合のみです。ステーション グループの詳細については、[Processing Server](/ja/flexi-capture/architecture/proc-server)を参照してください。

    **Save** をクリックします。

FlexiCapture は、ログイン ページへのリンク、ユーザー名、一時パスワードを含むメッセージを生成し、テナント管理者に送信します。新しいテナントがテナント一覧に表示されます。

  If an SMTP server has not been set up, FlexiCapture cannot send the message to the Tenant Administrator. To set up an SMTP server, click **Settings → SMTP settings**.
