# Truth in Lending Disclosure Statement - Document skill

**Truth in Lending Disclosure Statement** Skill は、Truth in Lending (TIL) 開示書 (Truth in Lending Act (TILA) に基づいて義務付けられている報告書で、貸し手、借り手、金利、毎月の支払い、精算手数料 (予備または最終) など、住宅ローンの条件を要約したもの) からデータを抽出します。

Truth in Lending Disclosure Statement Skill はプレビュー スキルです。限られた文書セットで学習されており、Truth-in-Lending 開示書の処理をすぐに始められるよう設計されています。本番環境での利用には、独自の文書サンプルで Skill を追加学習させる必要がある場合があります。
