# Vantage API の問題

> Vantage API で問題が発生した際に収集する診断情報。

Vantage API で問題が発生した場合は、次の診断情報を収集してください。

1. Vantage API で認証トークンの生成に使用したメールアドレス。
2. 問題の発生状況が分かる、レスポンスを含む一連の HTTP リクエスト。
3. 問題がトランザクションの実行中に発生した場合は、失敗したトランザクションのトランザクション ID。Vantage は、この ID を `POST /api/publicapi/v1/transactions` リクエストへの応答として返します。詳しくは、[Vantage API を使用してドキュメントを処理する方法](/ja/vantage/developer/processing-documents/processing-documents) の手順 2 を参照してください。
4. 処理中のドキュメント (ABBYY と共有できる場合) 。
