# One-time editing actions

> Manually apply crop, rotate, denoise, redact, and other fixes to individual pages.

One-time editing actions are page-level fixes you apply by hand from the **Image Editing toolbar** above the [Image](/vantage/documentation/scanning-station/interface/image-window) window. Use them when a single page needs a targeted tweak. For bulk edits across a flow, see [Processing profiles](/vantage/documentation/scanning-station/operator/processing-profiles).

## How to apply an action

Every tool shares the same invocation:

1. In the Image window or the [Batches](/vantage/documentation/scanning-station/interface/batches-window) window, select the pages you want to edit.
2. Do one of the following:
   * Click the tool's button on the **Image Editing** toolbar.
   * Choose the tool from the **Page** menu.
   * Right-click the selection and choose the tool from the shortcut menu.

A few tools open a dialog or take extra input — those are broken out under [Tools with extra steps](#tools-with-extra-steps).
