# Vantage self-hosted release notes

> What's new in each ABBYY Vantage 3.0 self-hosted release, and the Vantage Cloud version each release is built from.

Vantage self-hosted releases use date-based versions (`YYYY.MM.DD`). Each release is built from a Vantage Cloud version. The notes below cover changes to the self-hosted deployment, and the linked Vantage Cloud release notes cover changes to the Vantage product.
