Before users can start working with an ABBYY FlexiCapture station, they must accept the terms of the end-user license agreement (EULA). For a locally installed station, the EULA appears during installation. For a web station, it appears the first time a user logs on.

Add the EULA

1

Save the EULA text

Save the text of the EULA in one of the preferred languages as a UTF-8 *.txt file.
2

Add the agreement

In the Administration and Monitoring Console, click Settings → User agreement, and then click Add agreement.
3

Select the file

In the File Explorer dialog box that opens, select the *.txt file you created.
4

Enable the agreement prompt

Enable the Show agreement to users of web applications option.
5

Select the language

From the Show for language drop-down list, select the UI language that matches the language of the EULA.
6

Save your changes

Click Save changes.
To display the EULA in several languages, repeat the previous steps for each language.

Set a default agreement language

For web stations whose UI language is not one you selected, choose the most suitable language in the field under the list of added EULA versions:

Delete a EULA version

To delete a EULA version you added, point to the file name until the Delete button button appears next to it, click the button, and save the changes.
