Using the diagrams on the System Monitor → Productivity page, the System Administrator can:
  • Evaluate the productivity of ABBYY FlexiCapture
  • Identify the time when a problem occurred
  • View the number of pages uploaded by each tenant
  • Determine which stage is causing the most problems
The Productivity diagram is a visualization of the number of pages or documents sent to the Processed stage within a period of time (1 hour, 24 hours, or 72 hours). The Queued diagram is a visualization of the number of pages or documents currently queued at a specific stage.
To exclude a stage from the diagram, click the name of the stage in the list below the diagram.
The Processing table contains general information about the pages that are currently being processed.
