TechCore worker tuning

You can now tune the TechCore workers with vantage.techcore.workers. Use defaults for settings that apply to every worker, and overrides for settings that apply to one worker type, such as ocr. You can set how many workers stay running, how far and how quickly they scale, a schedule that keeps workers running during working hours, and the CPU, memory, and GPU of each worker. All settings are optional. Most require vantage.keda.enabled. For the full list of fields, see techcore.workers in the API reference.

ArgoCD namespace

If ArgoCD runs in a namespace other than argocd, set vantage.argocd.namespace to that namespace. You can’t change this value after installation. For more information, see argocd in the API reference.

Improvements

  • The Vantage resource now shows the Vantage Cloud version. spec.vantageVersion holds the Vantage Cloud version the release is built from instead of the release version, and status.installedVantageVersion reports the version that’s running. The vantage.vantageVersion Helm value is removed because the chart sets this field itself.
  • The storage service used with custom storage (vantage.storage.custom) is updated. Its chart is now delivered with the other workloads in workloads.yml instead of as a separate release download.
