ABBYY FlexiLayout Studio lets you create FlexiLayouts for multi-page documents. It treats the document as a single whole and looks for elements regardless of which pages they are on. In the FlexiLayout properties you must specify the minimum and maximum possible numbers of pages in the document. You can specify the exact number of pages in the document using the SetPagesCount function of the FlexiLayout description language.
