Automatic database cleanup is enabled by default. To adjust the cleanup options, open the Administration and Monitoring Console and click Settings → Cleanup. You can select which data to delete automatically:
  • Event log – Specify how often to delete records that are not related to batch processing. The default period is 14 days.
  • Report data – Specify how often to delete the statistical data used in reports. The default period is 180 days.
    This setting does not delete report data imported from an earlier version of ABBYY FlexiCapture. That data is deleted when event log data is deleted.
  • Security event log – Security event log entries older than 1095 days are deleted automatically.
