Gets information about the status of a request to run the validation rules on the Processing Server.

Fields

Value	Name	Description
`-1`	`Unknown`	The status is unknown.
`0`	`Pending`	The request awaits processing.
`1`	`InProcess`	The request is being processed.
`2`	`Completed`	The request has been successfully processed.
`3`	`Failed`	An error occurred while processing the request.
