ABBYY FormDesigner is installed and removed together with ABBYY FlexiCapture. For the full procedures, see Deploying ABBYY FlexiCapture and Changing the installation mode, repairing, and removing ABBYY FlexiCapture. To run ABBYY FormDesigner, select:
  • Standalone version — Start → All Programs → ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 → Tools → FormDesigner
  • Distributed version — Start → All Programs → ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 Stations → Tools → FormDesigner
On Windows 10, the path omits the Tools folder: Start → All Programs → ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 (or ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 Stations) → FormDesigner.
