By default, tenants use the main license to access ABBYY FlexiCapture. System Administrators can activate the main license in the ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 License Manager.
The main license can be used by multiple tenants, but this leads to certain limitations, such as limits on the number of stations and pages that can be processed.

Switch a tenant to the main license

If a tenant is currently using a tenant license, you can switch it to the main license.

Open the tenant list

Open the Administration and Monitoring Console and click Settings → Tenants.

Open the tenant settings

Click a tenant’s name to open its settings.

Enable the shared license

Enable the Share main license option.

Save the changes

Click Save.
