La qualité de la capture de données peut être améliorée en entraînant ABBYY FlexiCapture for Invoices Cloud. Dans un flux de documents du même type, certains documents atypiques peuvent présenter des emplacements de champs différents de ceux d’un document standard. Si l’application ne parvient pas à détecter les champs de manière fiable dans ces documents, l’utilisateur peut indiquer leurs emplacements corrects, et le programme « apprendra » à les détecter. Si un jeu de données d’unités commerciales et de fournisseurs est connecté à votre application, ABBYY FlexiCapture for Invoices Cloud entraîne le modèle de capture par défaut une fois les données vérifiées. Si vous souhaitez entraîner manuellement le modèle de capture, suivez les étapes ci-dessous :
  1. Exécutez une tâche de traitement des documents et vérifiez les résultats. Voir les sections Extraction des principaux champs des factures et Vérification des données extraites pour plus de détails.
  2. Une fois l’état de la tâche passé à Done, récupérez la disposition des données à l’aide de la méthode Training.Layout.
