In high-security situations, restrict tenant access to connections from a safelist of IP addresses. Users with IP addresses not in the safelist cannot access the tenant. They can still use parts of Vantage that do not require a login, such as shared folders for export or links generated for mobile upload. Addresses and address blocks use CIDR notation (IPv4) — for example, 198.51.100.0/22. To manage IP restrictions, click Configuration in the left pane and open the IP Restrictions tab. From there you can enable IP safelisting, edit the list of allowed addresses, and remove all IP restrictions.
You will lose access to the tenant if you do not include your own IP address in the safelist. To see your current IP address, click Show IP address.
