In high-security situations, you may want to restrict access to Vantage by allowing connections only from a safelist of IP addresses. Users with IP addresses not in the safelist will not be able to access the tenant. They will only be able to use parts of Vantage that do not require a login, such as shared folders used for export or links generated for mobile upload. The accepted addresses and address blocks are in CIDR notation (IPv4), for example: 198.51.100.0/22. To manage IP restrictions, click Configuration and open the IP Restrictions tab. Here you can enable IP safelisting, edit a list of allowed IP addresses, and remove all IP restrictions.
Important! You will lose access to the tenant if you do not include your own IP address in the safelist. To see your current IP address, click Show IP address.

Setting Up IP Safelisting

To set up IP safelisting, do the following:
  1. Click Enable IP Restrictions.
  2. Specify IP addresses that can access the Vantage tenant.
Note: Click Add IP Address to add a new item.
  1. Click Save and confirm the IP restrictions.

Removing IP Restrictions

To remove all IP restrictions, click the icon, then click Delete all and confirm that you wish to disable the IP restrictions.
