A tenant is an isolated ABBYY Vantage workspace with its own users, skills, and settings. As a Tenant Administrator, you manage who can access the tenant, how they sign in, and how the tenant itself is configured.

User management

Add users, assign roles, and control permissions with Role-based access control.

Authentication

Sign users in via email or login URL, and connect an external OAuth 2.0 or SAML 2.0 identity provider.

Tenant settings

Manage API clients, environment variables, and tenant-level configuration.

Key concepts

  • Tenant — an isolated Vantage workspace with its own users, skills, and data.
  • Tenant Administrator — the role responsible for managing users, authentication, and tenant settings.
  • Role-based access control (RBAC) — the permission model used to grant users access to features and data through roles.
  • External Identity Provider — a third-party service (OAuth 2.0 or SAML 2.0) that handles user sign-in on behalf of your tenant.
