Once a subscription limit has been reached, the owner of that license will no longer be able to process documents, for example, upload documents or create transactions (the Vantage API). In this case, Vantage will display an error that specifies why the documents could not be processed.

Error Descriptions

Error messagesDescription
Subscription not foundThe tenant does not have a subscription.
Subscription has been blockedThe subscription has expired. Note: Remaining available pages for processing will not prevent a license from expiring.
Skill counters have reached the limitThe counters have been incremented to their limit, meaning that no more pages can be processed using the counters’ related skills. The error text will specify the names of such counters. For example, Skill counters General, Licensed Skills, ABBYY.Receipt have reached the limit.
Skill counters not found in the subscriptionThe subscription does not contain the specified counters. The error text will specify the names of such counters. For example, Skill counters General, Licensed Skills, ABBYY.Receipt not found in the subscription.
Skill counters have reached the limit, not found in the subscriptionSome counters have been incremented their limit, meaning that no more pages can be processed using the counter’s related skills, while other counters are not present in the subscription. The error text will specify the names of such counters. For example, Skill counters General, Licensed Skills, ABBYY.Receipt have reached the limit, ABBYY.Invoice, ABBYY.PurchaseOrder not found in the subscription.
