New features
Export and import labeling for Splitter skills
Export and import with labeling now works for Splitter (Assembling) skills, not just Extraction skills. In Advanced Designer, use Export Set with Labeling and Import Labeled Documents From Folder. An export from a skill with classification activities also includes the classification ground truth in aclassificationassignments.json file, which Advanced Designer re-applies on import.
For more information, see Export and import labeling for Splitter skills.
Fixes
Advanced Designer
- Fixed an issue where opening a skill for the first time, or reopening it after publishing, showed only some of the skill’s documents in the All Documents set, or none at all. Every document now appears once Advanced Designer finishes loading them. (666185, 675760, 675773, 676203, 677958)
Document processing
- Made updates to the queuing process to improve processing speeds for select file types. Password-protected Microsoft Office documents submitted are now detected and failed immediately, preventing extended queue delays that could impact processing times. (671186)
Online learning
- Fixed issues related to Online learning document collection.
Skill import
- Fixed an issue where importing a Process skill that embeds a read-only Document skill failed, because the embedded skill and the top-level skill were assigned the same skill ID. Each skill now keeps its own ID, so the import completes and the skill appears in the Skill Catalog. (670282)
