La calidad de la captura de datos puede mejorarse entrenando ABBYY FlexiCapture for Invoices Cloud. En un flujo de documentos del mismo tipo, algunos documentos atípicos pueden tener los campos en ubicaciones distintas a las de un documento estándar. Si la aplicación no puede detectar de forma fiable los campos en esos documentos, el usuario puede indicar las ubicaciones correctas y el programa “aprenderá” a detectar esos campos. Si hay un conjunto de datos de unidades de negocio y proveedores conectado a su aplicación, ABBYY FlexiCapture for Invoices Cloud entrena el modelo de captura de forma predeterminada después de verificar los datos. Si desea entrenar el modelo de captura manualmente, siga estos pasos:
  1. Ejecute una tarea de procesamiento de documentos y verifique los resultados. Consulte las secciones extracción de los principales campos de las facturas y Verificación de los datos extraídos para obtener más información.
  2. Cuando el estado de la tarea cambie a Done, obtenga el layout de datos mediante el método Training.Layout.
