Monitor the performance and workload of a multitenant system from the Administration and Monitoring Console. It offers two monitors, each for a different audience.

System Monitor

System Monitor covers both the whole multitenant system and each tenant individually.
Only the ABBYY FlexiCapture administrator can open System Monitor.
System Monitor reports three things:
  • System performance over the last hour, the last 24 hours, or the last 72 hours
  • State of queues
  • Processing events

Processing Monitor

Processing Monitor covers one tenant.
Only the tenant administrator can open Processing Monitor.
Processing Monitor reports five things:
  • System performance over the last hour, the last 24 hours, or the last 72 hours
  • Batches being processed
  • Active tasks
  • State of queues
  • Processing events
