ABBYY FlexiCapture can import the following document and image formats.

Text documents, spreadsheets, and presentations

Text documents	`.doc`, `.docx`, `.rtf`, `.htm`/`.html`, `.txt`, `*.odt`
Spreadsheets	`.xls`, `.xlsx`, `*.ods`
Presentations	`.ppt`, `.pptx`, `*.odp`

Microsoft Office 2010 and earlier versions cannot convert *.odt, *.ods, and *.odp files.

Adobe PDF: The visual quality of PDF files that contain vector graphics may deteriorate, because PDFs are rasterized and bitmap images are placed into the output files. PDF files with XFA forms cannot be imported.
TIFF: TIFF files with alpha channels and JPEG compression are not supported.
