A batch is a collection of test images (pages) used to debug the FlexiLayout.

Representative test pages

The more test pages a batch contains, the better the resulting FlexiLayout. Test pages must be representative: they must include all the elements that may occur on the real-life documents to be processed and cover as many layout variations as possible.

Supported image formats

You can add images of various formats to a batch. For a full list of supported formats, see Supported input formats.

Images at different resolutions

A batch may contain images of different resolutions, including the same document scanned at different resolutions. When creating and testing your FlexiLayout, you can then select the resolution that ensures the best quality of optical recognition and object detection.
