Check a form for machine-readability

You can check whether your form is machine-readable at any point during the design stage (Tools → Check Form). If no errors are detected, a message confirms that the check was successful. If errors are detected, they appear at the bottom of the window after the check completes. The report lists all the defects that might prevent the form from being processed correctly, such as missing anchors, missing form identifiers, or form elements that are too close together or overlap the form margins. The results window provides these buttons:

Button	Description
Show Elements	Shows an element that does not meet the machine-readability requirements. Available when a report line is selected.
Check Form	Rechecks the form after you correct the errors.
Save Report…	Saves the check report to a `.txt` file.
