You can check your form to make sure it is machine-readable at any moment of the design stage (Tools → Check Form). If no errors are detected, you will see a message saying that the check was successful. If some errors are detected, they will be displayed at the bottom of the window after the check completes. A report will contain all the defects that may prevent the form from being correctly processed by computer: no anchors, no form identifiers, form elements are too close or overlap form margins, etc.

Check FormUse this button after you correct the errors to make sure that your form is machine-readable now.
Save Report…Save the checking results report into a.TXT file.
