Saving and Publishing a Form; Checking a Form for Machine-Readability
Save and publish a form
Save interim form designs, publish finished forms to prevent accidental changes, and check forms for machine-readability in ABBYY FormDesigner.
While you design a form, save your interim results with the standard Save command. After the design is final, publish the form (that is, assign it Published status) so that no accidental changes can be made.
