Removes permissions for users or groups to use the specified role in the specified project.

Name	Type	Description
`principalId`	`int`	The ID of the user or group.
`projectId`	`int`	The ID of the project. Use `-1` for all projects.
`batchTypeId`	`int`	The ID of the batch type. Use `-1` for all batch types, or `0` for the default batch type.
`roleType`	`int`	The user role type. For possible values, see User role types.
