Create fixed Document Definitions
Build fixed Document Definitions in ABBYY FlexiCapture to capture data from forms whose field layout never changes, such as questionnaires and surveys.
Forms are documents containing a set of marked information fields whose formatting, number, and layout do not change from copy to copy. Examples of forms include questionnaires, surveys, and application forms. To identify a form in a document flow and extract data from it, create a fixed Document Definition that tells ABBYY FlexiCapture where to look for the data fields.
