Testing was carried out using a uniform input load over a duration of 48 hours. Identical invoices (1 PDF document, 3 pages, color image) were processed using Default Process skill. On average, 72 transactions were created each minute (amounting to approx. 13 000 pages per hour or 311 000 pages per day). Transactions were not deleted after completion. The Vantage servers and the Database Server were installed on virtual machines rented from Microsoft Azure. For the Linux pool, 7 virtual machines were used to process the input flow, while 8-14 virtual machines were used for the Windows pool. Automatic scaling was enabled for virtual machines from the Windows pool. CPU, memory and IOPS utilization did not exceed 80% at any point. The system is constantly monitored during tests.
